Common questions

How do I get out of wallpaper mode?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Z (you can change it in the wallpaper window), or click the 3D-TVision icon in the taskbar's notification area - it may be hidden under ^.

The effects don't move with my music.

Check the source: Play visualizes files you open in the app, Live visualizes whatever your PC is playing. Some effects have an Energy slider; at 0 they keep moving but stop reacting to sound.

How do I add effects I bought?

Open the MODE list, press the folder button under the white line, pick the .zip you downloaded, then All and Add. See 3D Effects.

Where are my files?

Add-on effects, photos, texts and saved settings are in Documents\3D-TVision\modules. The MODE list's Add window has a folder button that opens the effects folder for you.

My antivirus stopped the app.

Some antivirus products hold back new programs they have not seen before. If yours blocks 3D-TVision, restore it from the antivirus's quarantine and add it as an exception, and please let us know which product it was so we can report it.

How do I uninstall it?

Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > 3D-TVision > Uninstall. Your settings and files stay behind until you delete them; the privacy policy lists where they are.
