Add-on visual effects for 3D-TVision. Three are free - download them below. More are on the way.
These three also come with 3D-TVision, so you may already have them. Needs 3D-TVision 1.0.1 or newer. When an effect gets a new version, download it again and add it: the app asks, then replaces the old one.
Renamed on 29 September 2026. These downloads are now named tvision.… instead of allen.…, and the app treats them as new effects rather than updates. If you added an earlier download, or the copies that come with 3D-TVision 1.0.1, the MODE list shows each of them twice. To keep only the new ones, close 3D-TVision and delete the allen.aurora_veil, allen.contour_map and allen.julia_drift folders in modules/ex_mode (in the Microsoft Store version that is Documents\3D-TVision\modules\ex_mode). Settings you saved for the old ones do not carry over.
Northern lights that follow the music: curtains hanging from the sky, a ribbon of light across the screen, or a corona turning around the centre. The bass lifts them; the spectrum decides which part glows.
Version 1.1.0 · Variants: Curtain · Ribbon · Corona

A drifting topographic map: coloured elevation layers, bare ridge lines, or white lines on a blueprint. The bass raises the land; the spectrum piles up the mountains.
Version 1.1.1 · Variants: Topo · Ridges · Blueprint

Fractals pulled along by the music: a drifting Julia set, a slow zoom into the Mandelbrot set, or rings that leave only their trails. The bass moves the parameters, so the whole shape grows differently.
Version 1.1.0 · Variants: Julia · Mandelbrot · Orbit

Coming soon. They will be sold separately from 3D-TVision; payment is handled by the store you buy from, never inside the app.
